NEWS: I will be at Otakon, anyone else going?

Sometimes I just don't know which journal to post in! so many venues for expunging useless engergies! Deviantart, livejournal, facebook, twitter....

ANYWAY, I have been wasting the past week or so re-watching DIGIMON* and I've discovered that I'm still in love with Ken Ichijouji (but also find him hilarious...some of the things he does! Oh my god, Ken, stop crying about EVERYTHING) and I wonder if maybe this is the kind of relationship I'm weak for?**

And THEN I remembered that the first time I ever read gay erotica was a fan fiction about Ken and Davis on ff.net. It was really terrible and yet I read it and I didn't understand what was going on and it started me down a very dark (but fun!) path.

So a few days ago I got it into my head that I was going to find this story and re-read it...and find it I did! But I couldn't bring myself to read it. I had to stop after reading the title...I fell over laughing. Seriously, me?

On a side note, the best Digimon episode I've re-watched is called "If Only I had a Heart" and it's season 2 episode 32. Blackwargreymon wanders the Digital World searching for his destiny. He comes upon a giant meanie digimon destroying a field of flowers. Blackwargreymon rushes in to save the flowers, and then has a very philosophical conversation with the flowers, and then gets angry at them and stomps them. THE END. WHAT.

*Digimon was my favorite show when I was in the 7th grade, which is also when I got into anime and started spending my time doing really really dorky things like I made my own digidestined and digimon and wrote angsty stories about them.*** Season 2 was my favorite. I was IN LOVE with Ken Ichijouji, the angsty girly boy. It was REAL BAD.

**So, besides Ken and Davis being one of my OTP's, I also like Ziggy and Doc K from Power Rangers RPM right now. And I was looking at their character designs and realized that they are the EXACT SAME PAIRING. The hair...and everything! It's the same! And then I was like, gasp! Cam and Hunter from PRNS are also kinda the same for me! One serious black-haired person and one scruffy-haired goof!

***I should also note that before digimon, I was making OC's, but they weren't fanart. I made a lot in elementary school, and then in the 6th grade I met Dev Helena and we created Lily Zoonoc, a fairy-cat-girl. SHE WAS AWESOME. Dev also was the first person to tell me what anime was. So, it's her fault. (I love you)
